How it works

Two paths, one double consent

Owner and buyer each move forward on their own side, without seeing each other. They meet only if both want to.

The owner

Your property facing real demand, without being published

  1. The private listing. Municipality, type, rooms, area, asking price, timing, email. Two minutes.
  2. The seller portal. It opens at once, with your code. Documents stay private there, are checked, then erased under the privacy policy.
  3. The proposals. You see the anonymous card of a matching buyer and say yes or no.

Properties that are not published

  1. The project. Areas, type, budget, timing, and your consent to receive private properties.
  2. Affordability and passport. The affordability check is free. The buyer passport, CHF 190 excl. VAT once, verifies your financing.
  3. The proposals. Matching private properties, as anonymous cards, with the Affinity Index explained pillar by pillar. You say yes or no.

Two yeses, then the introduction

You handle the viewing, the negotiation and the sale between you. Nothing more to pay to the Circle.

The Introduction service

Non-exclusive, paid on success: the Agency presents your property to verified buyers only.

Essential or Premium

A fixed fee, published in advance: Essential CHF 8,900 excl. VAT, Premium CHF 13,900 excl. VAT.

What people ask us

What does it cost?

Listing a property and describing a project are free. Only the introduction is paid, at the double yes: one point on each side, CHF 290 excl. VAT, less in a pack, and CHF 145 excl. VAT for an owner at launch. The buyer also orders the buyer passport once, CHF 190 excl. VAT, which verifies the financing. No subscription, no commission.

Who sees my property?

Nobody sees your name, your address or any photo. A buyer with a verified passport may receive an anonymous card: wider area if needed, price as a range. Each card is reviewed before it is shown.

What if a professional signs up?

Brokers and estate agents have no access to the Circle. Everyone declares it on entry, the passport is required to receive proposals, and any reported canvassing leads to exclusion.

Can I withdraw my property?

Yes, at any time, by replying to the email you received or by calling +41 21 312 85 58. Your data are then erased, except what the law requires us to keep.

What if I want the Agency?

You ask for it, whenever you like. The transfer is made by a separate, dated consent, signed on screen: without it, the Agency sees only what the Circle sees.
