Packs are paid online through SumUp and credited as soon as payment is confirmed. Your balance is shown in your portal. Points are valid for 12 months, usable only for the Circle, and cannot be converted into money. All amounts exclude VAT.
You pay when a meeting takes place, not for waiting. Nothing to cancel.
No percentage of the sale price, whatever it is: the price of an introduction is fixed.

Yes: saying yes reserves a point. If your balance is empty, you first choose one introduction or a pack; saying no requires nothing.
Yes, at any time: withdraw your property or stop the proposals, by simple email or on +41 21 312 85 58. Any reserved point is then released. There is no subscription to cancel.
