Your data, for the meeting only

This page applies to The Affinités Circle, the private place of Affinités Immobilier. It supplements the Affinités Immobilier privacy policy, which applies for everything else, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

In short

  • We never sell, rent or transfer your data.
  • A listed property is never published. A buyer sees only an anonymous card, and a seller never sees a buyer’s figures.
  • Your contact details are passed to the other party only after the double consent, and only those you have allowed.
  • Artificial intelligence explains; a person decides. No decision is made against you by a machine alone.
  • You can find out what we hold about you, correct it or have it erased, by simple email to hello@affinites.ch.

Who is responsible

Affinités, sole proprietorship, Avenue de Lavaux 70A, 1009 Pully, Switzerland, for its real estate brokerage activity. Contact: Alexandre, hello@affinites.ch, +41 21 312 85 58.

The purpose of the Circle

Your data serve one purpose only: to match, privately, listed properties with verified buyers’ projects, then to introduce those who have both said yes. This is an introduction brokerage activity (article 412 of the Swiss Code of Obligations), without negotiation.

What we collect, and why

Property listingMunicipality, postcode, address if you give it, type, rooms, area, asking price, timing, your contact details and your dated consents. To open your seller portal and, later, match your property with verified buyers’ projects.
Purchase projectAreas, type, rooms, budget, timing, country of residence, your contact details and your dated consents, including the one to receive private properties. To propose matching properties.
Seller portalThe documents you upload, kept in a protected area, checked by the broker. They are never shown to a buyer.
Buyer passportThe documents proving your financing, read by the broker only. The seller never receives your figures.
MatchingA deterministic calculation, the Affinity Index, compares each property with each project. Artificial intelligence only explains the result, on anonymous cards; a person reviews each card before it is shared.
IntroductionOnly after the double consent are the contact details each person has allowed passed to the other.
Points and paymentsThe packs bought, their amount and date, the SumUp payment reference, your balance, and each point reserved, debited or released, with its date. To keep your balance accurate and our accounts. The payment itself is entered at SumUp: we never see your card; we only receive the confirmation and its reference.

A separate consent for the Agency

The Circle and the Agency are two separate uses of your data. Your file moves to the Agency (Introduction service, Essential, Premium) only at your request, through a separate consent, dated and signed on screen, and only the data you choose are transferred. Without this consent, the Agency sees only what the Circle sees.
